Market Terms
In June 2024 we updated our Market Retail Contract which sets out the terms and conditions that apply for electricity or gas. The terms are intended to clearly set out your rights, obligations, and what’s expected from us in relation to your energy supply. We encourage you to review them. Read here

These terms apply if you’re using energy from Energy Locals but haven’t contacted us, for example, this can happen if you have moved into a property where we’re already supplying the energy but you haven’t set up an account with us.
