Here’s when we can start supplying you:
Current home
Your welcome email will include an estimate for when your power will be transferred to us. For basic meters, the transfer will usually occur on an estimate meter read.
New home
We’ll liaise with your local network company to get power connected for your moving in date.
Business
You have a 10-business day cooling-off period. Your current provider will supply you during this time.
