By agreeing, you consent for our Metering Provider to attend your site to exchange your meter.

The Metering Provider may call you to confirm a specific date and if not, you will receive an email with the scheduled date.

You consent to provide clear access to your meter on the date of your meter exchange.

You consent to the Metering Provider turning off your power for around an hour in order to exchange your meter.

You consent to turn off your solar panels until after your meter is exchanged, at which point you can turn them on again.

You consent to your billing frequency changing to monthly once the meter is installed.

You consent to your tariff changing as a result of your meter exchange.
