This included planning and installation of the electricity network, centralised hot water and gas system, energy-generating rooftop solar array, EV charging stations, and energy meters for every apartment.

Residents enjoy significant savings on energy usage. The Owners Corporation benefits from generating their own solar power, which helps run the building’s rooftop cinema, BBQ, and common areas. Energy Locals also takes care of all equipment maintenance for the residents, helping lower strata fees.
