You can pay online by debit card or credit card right here. If you have a bill you can also find our Bpay details at the bottom of the first page.
You can do that right here in almost no time at all.
Use our self serve portal to view your bills, make payments and view your usage. You'll need your account number to register and after registering you'll receive an email with your Client ID.
On future visits please use your Client ID and password to log in. The Client ID is different to your customer account number.
Please note that your usage data is available via this portal as soon as a bill has been produced. This is due to the revisions that sometimes take place in meter data. We're working on making this data available as soon as we receive it.
If it's within the next 3 working days please give us a call on 1300 MY ENERGY (1300 693637). If it's later then you can sign up your new property online, then drop us an email with the date you're moving out of your current place.
You can sign up an additional property online. Feel free to use the same email address as you have for your current account.
