The role 

This part-time 12 month fixed term parental leave cover role sits at the heart of our Growth team and supports key activities which help us continue to deliver great outcomes for our customers.  The role can be performed in either Melbourne or Sydney and we are open to considering how the right candidate would like to blend 22.5 hours across the week. 

A day in the life of the Marketing-Coordinator looks like: 

• Supporting email marketing,  
• Monitoring social media platforms,  
• Writing engaging content,  
• Preparing customer communications,  
• Updating website content,  
• Updating artwork and working with agencies to deliver materials and campaigns, 
• Campaign coordination – driving acquisition and retention activity,  
• Administrative, budget & reporting Support,  
• Collaboration with sales team members to prepare sales materials, handle enquiries or requests from third parties and deliver effective processes. 

We are looking for someone who is: 

• a fast-learner 
• a naturally curious individual 
• proactive in their approach 
• hungry to build and refine their marketing skills to support the team and add meaningful value to our mission 
• capable using wordpress 

Preferred skills 

• Experience working in a marketing department or similar. 
• Familiarity with WordPress is desirable. Candidates should be comfortable with basic navigation and content management tasks. 
• Candidates should have a foundational understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, sufficient for basic graphic design and editing work. 
• Candidates should have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
