Credit & debit card payment fee | Visa & Mastercard: 1.43%, Amex: 1.99% | Avoid this by paying by direct debit from your bank account |
Ezi-Debit dishonour fee | $9.90 per failed transaction | This is an Ezidebit fee you can avoid this by ensuring there are sufficient funds to cover your direct debit. |
Paper bill fee (QLD, VIC, ACT) | $2 per bill | Covers the cost of sending a bill by post if that is your preferred communication option. |
Request for historical billing information
If you ever need us to provide you with copies or information about your previous Energy Trade bills, we’ll be happy to help you out – but we may charge you for the cost of supplying copies of the bill.
Other charges
If a government, regulator, network distributor or metering service provider varies or introduces a fee, charge or tax, we may pass through all or part of this varied or new fee, charge or tax to you. The charges for network-related or metering services may include our reasonable costs for arranging such services.
