Concessions & Rebates

Check if you’re eligible and how to claim 👇

A number of governments rebates are available to help eligible households cover the cost of energy bills.

Depending on your circumstances you may be eligible for an on-supply rebate. On-supply rebates are available to residents of Community Energy Networks (CEN) and are designed to help eligible residents with their energy bill costs. On-supply rebates and eligibility vary depending on your state.

If you’ve previously received an energy concession or rebate from another retailer and this is your first time claiming a rebate in a CEN, please be aware that the process for claiming your rebates will be a bit different. We’ve outlined this below, so you’ll know what to expect.
