This is where you could come in!

The Change Lead is responsible for leading change management efforts and driving continuous improvement in our operations across a 6 month fixed-term period. This role involves collaborating with technology teams and business stakeholders to facilitate seamless system enhancements, conducting impact analyses, and designing effective training programs. The Change Lead ensures business users are prepared and equipped to maximize the use of new systems, thereby contributing to the company’s mission of delivering cleaner, cheaper, and more reliable power.

We operate a hybrid working environment which looks like some days spent working from our Cremorne office and some days working from home.

  • An experienced Change Lead or Operations Team Lead with a passion for continuous improvement and training within the Australian energy industry.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, along with resilience and adaptability to navigate challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
