The Business Analyst is accountable for the delivery of comprehensive business requirements utilising data and stakeholder interviews, process maps and workflows, and driving system enhancements across a 6 month fixed-term period. Through collaboration with IT development teams, project managers, vendors and key business stakeholders across operations, sales, and finance, this role takes responsibility for identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and overseeing the deployment of IT solutions that directly contribute to improved business performance and competitive advantage.
