We’ve seen an explosion in customer numbers recently and expect this growth to continue as we explore new products and services to exceed our customers’ expectations.
We’re on the lookout for someone as customer obsessed as we are to join our phone-based Customer Service team on a permanent basis and have both full-time and part-time options available for the right candidate. Our Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm and you will work a rotating roster during these times. We operate a hybrid working environment which looks like some days spent working from our Chatswood office and some days working from home.
You will be part of a great team environment, where we work hard and laugh in equal measure. We’re a passionate bunch of people from a variety of backgrounds; adding to the eclectic mix.
If you’ve got previous call centre experience then that’s an added bonus, even more so if it’s in the energy industry.
