We’ve seen an explosion in customer numbers recently and expect this growth to continue as we explore new products and services to exceed our customers’ expectations.

This is where you come in!

We’re on the lookout for someone as customer obsessed as we are to join our phone-based Customer Service team on a permanent basis and have both full-time and part-time options available for the right candidate.  Our Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm and you will work a rotating roster during these times.  We operate a hybrid working environment which looks like some days spent working from our Chatswood office and some days working from home.

What does a typical day look like
  • Service customers through inbound calls and tickets
  • Provide timely responses to meet service-level agreements
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Manage difficult conversations, provide appropriate solutions to achieve positive customer outcomes
  • Follow up to ensure resolutions are met
  • Manage customer records, interactions, and documents accordingly.

Enough about us, let’s hear about you…
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and take ownership over outcomes
  • Can communicate professionally (both written and verbally) with people from all walks of life, it’s not an easy proposition, so being able to communicate complicated issues is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
