Your expertise will be instrumental in effectively managing credit risk, enhancing collections strategies, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Managing the entire debt portfolio across multiple brands
• Driving collection activities with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strategically monitoring and managing trends in customer accounts
• Communicating directly with debtors
• Leadership of a small team of credit and collections specialists across both Melbourne and Sydney

Your Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in a credit and collection leadership role within the Australian energy industry
• Demonstrated experience in collections and recovery strategies
• Proficient in using data analytics tools to assess and optimize collections performance
• Ability to generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding credit and collections targets and reducing bad debt
• Strong negotiation skills for working with customers to establish payment plans and settlements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to optimize relationships with internal and external stakeholders
